A course of treatments is generally most beneficial

As with most therapies, maximum benefit is generally achieved from having a course of treatments. I operate a ‘loyalty’ scheme whereby every sixth treatment is free of charge to encourage gaining cumulative benefits from the treatments by receiving them regularly.

Aromatherapy massage isn’t a cure for ill health, its role is to support the whole person and aid the body’s natural processes of healing and maintaining our health. Ideally, it should be undertaken as a preventative measure with a view to lowering stress levels, as stress is known to increase susceptibility to illness and to precipitate low mood.  Minimising stress in our lives is generally an on-going process.
